Trial-Link has been established for 15 years. Highly qualified professionals with a broad array of experience founded the Company; these experiences cover medical, education, nursing, business, finance, residential and the pharmaceutical sectors.

For 10 years up to 2005 the company was dedicated to the conduct of Phase II, III and IV clinical trials on behalf of Pharmaceutical Companies, Contract Research Organizations and Research Institutes.

In 2002 Trial-Link diversified into the residential care sector providing quality residential mental health services for older adults, suffering from a wide range of conditions ranging from anxiety, depression, mania, schizophrenia to dementia. Dr Mutiboko is a registered Medical Practitioner with degrees in Medicine and Surgery from the Nairobi Medical School, Kenya. He has a Diploma in Psychological Medicine from the Royal Society of Medicine, London and is a Member of the Royal College of Psychiatrists. He is an eminent psychiatrist with many years experience of working with people with mental health problems, undertaking medical-legal work and preparing psychiatric reports.
